What is reflexology?
Reflexology is based on the idea that the foot, hand, face or ear represent a mirror of our miniature body. Thus, each of our organs is reflected in what is called a reflex area.
Foot reflexology is a manual therapy performed on reflex areas of the foot corresponding to the different parts of your body. It can also be practiced on the hands (palmar) or on the skull (cranial).
This soft medicine allows pressure, micro-rotations and microreptations to reactivate the energy flow, stimulate or relax the corresponding part of the body.
Thus, if the person is receptive to the massage, it allows to initiate a mechanism of self-healing through the elimination of toxins.
The reflexology is based on the principle that the two feet are the image of our body.
Our feet contain more than 7,200 nerve endings that are closely interconnected by the spinal cord and brain to all parts of the body.

My vision | Who am I?
A citizen of the world, born in Brussels to Franco-Italian parents, I grew up in Kenya until the age of 18 and studied and worked between France, England, Chile and Spain to finally come back to settle down in Brussels. It was only in April 2018, when I came back from an introspective journey in Sri Lanka that I realized that I had an astonishing energy. That is when I understood that reflexology would respond to this desire for caring, listening and holistic support of the other in its entirety.
With more than 300 hours of practice, I have already observed the therapeutic benefits of foot, palmar and cranial reflexology.

// Note //
Reflexology has the advantage of not requiring undressing. I recommend that you wear loose and comfortable clothes so that you feel as comfortable as possible during your session. Reflexology is associated with naturopathy; it is complementary because it stimulates the cleansing of the 5 main emunctories (lungs, kidneys, skin, liver and bladder). Ask your mutual aid about the reimbursement of your sessions.
